Limited Edition - Shede Baijiiu Nama Choco

Mamé Cocoa is excited to collaborate with one of the most iconic baijiu producers from China (Shede) to create a truly unique chocolate. Baijiu (pronounced “bye-joe” and meaning “white spirit" in Mandarin) has been made in China for over 500 years. It is the national drink of China savoured over a good meal with friends or on special occasions. 

Each baijiu nama choco box contains sixteen individual nama choco.

Our high quality chocolate is sourced from Belgium and France, while our cream and butter are ingredients local to Victoria, Australia. Our ganache is made by hand in small batches to ensure consistency and quality is maintained throughout each step, until it reaches your lips.

Baijiu nama choco (Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cream, Shede baijiu, butter).

*Contains alchohol, dairy and soy lecithin. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts and gluten products.
