Care for your Nama
We make our chocolates fresh to order and deliver them in temperature-controlled conditions, so they arrive at their best.
To keep your nama choco at its finest:
- Avoid travelling with them without proper cooling.
- Keep frozen until ready to eat.
- Once opened, keep in a lockable container in the freezer until the best before date or up to 4 weeks in the fridge.

Unfortunatly, we are only available for delivery within Metro Melbourne at the moment.

Processing and delivery times are approximately 24- 48 hours from when you check out and receive a confirmation email.
In the instance where there is an unforeseen delay, we will endeavour to contact you directly to arrange an appropriate time.
If you have scheduled a date in advance, your order will arrive on the day of your chosen date.

Deliveries can be arranged from Wednesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Pick-ups

Life happens and we totally understand. Therefore, if you missed your pickup window due to a genuine reason, we can arrange for an alternative pick-up time.
You may also change your pickup to delivery but a delivery fee will be charged accordingly.
Orders that are not collected without notice within 32hrs from the chosen time frame will be cancelled without refund.

Orders

Orders are fully refundable provided the cancellation is processed 48 hours prior to your chosen delivery date.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery date will be strictly non-refundable.
Event catering will have seperate cancellation policies, terms and conditions.

Because our products are sensitive to temperature changes, they need to be kept refrigerated at all times. Please keep an esky or cooler bag with ice packs at your door for us to leave the order inside.
