How do I care for my nama chocolates?

Chocolates purchased must be refrigerated immediately.

Not recommended to travel with an icepack / cooler bag for more than 1 hour.

Our chocolates must be refridgerated at 5°C or lower.

Store your unopened nama chocolate in the fridge (below 5°C), for up to 2 weeks.

How much is delivery fee?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders $200 and over incl. gst qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver interstate?

Unfortunatly we are only available for delivery in Melbourne at the moment.

When will my delivery arrive?

Processing and delivery times are approximately 24hrs from when you checkout and receive a confirmation email.

In the instance where there is an unforeseen delay, we will endevour to contact you directly to arrange an appropriate time.

If you have scheduled a date in advance, your order will arrive on the day of your chosen date.

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries can be arranged from Tues-Sat exclu. public holidays.

PICK-UPS

Uh-oh, I missed my pickup window. What happens now?

Life happens and we totally understand. Therefore, if you missed your pickup window due to a genuine reason, we can arrange for an alternative pick-up time.

You may also change your pickup to delivery but a delivery fee will be charged accordingly.

Orders that are not collected within 32hrs from a given delivery time frame will be cancelled without refund.

Where can we go to pick up our orders?

Orders can be picked up from our kitchen at 18 Lens St, Coburg North.

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are fully refundable provided the cancellation is processed 48 hours prior to your chosen delivery date.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery date will be strictly non-refundable.

Event catering will have seperate cancellation policies, terms and conditions.

Is it possible to leave my order unattended at my door?

Because our products are sensitive to temperature changes, they need to be kept refrigerated at all times. Hence it is not possible for us to leave your order unattended at your door.

What are your order cut-off times for next day delivery?

Next day deliveries made from Tues-Sat. Order cut-off times are at 12 midnight for next day delivery.

Do you cater for events?

Yes, we do cater for events.

I am allergic to certain ingredients, what do Mamé Cocoa treats contain?

Our products contain dairy, nuts, gluten and gelatine.

Are you able to swap ingredients to cater to my dietary requirements?

Unfortunately our recipes do not allow for swapping of ingredients.
